How to Volunteer for KOSC:

KOSC is searching for enthusiastic individuals ready to help out with our 2025 camps this summer!

We have two types of programs:

1. Our Volunteer Program (for individuals ages 18 and older)

  • NOTE: Parents are encouraged to volunteer; however, cannot volunteer during the camp their child is present

2. Counselor in Training Program (CIT)  (for individuals 14-17 years old

  • KOSC alumni? Interested in being a counselor once you turn 18? Gain experience?

How to apply?:

  • In order to volunteer or be a CIT with KOSC, you must submit an Interest Form (via links provided) for the program category you are interested in.
  1. Look at the camp dates to see which one or ones you’d want to be a part of
  2. Click the interest form button
  3. If you have an account sign in, if not you’ll need to make an account through the link with UltraCamp
  4. Fill out and complete the requested forms, and upload any other needed documentation
  5. Submit form? – You did it! Thank you
  6. KOSC overview committee will review your application – Could be 2 weeks or less before hearing back about status on volunteering

Please note that in order to complete the forms, you must either create a new account or log in to an existing one.

  • Establishing an account is essential for several reasons: it allows us to securely store important data for future reference, streamlines the background check process, enables you to easily resume any unfinished forms, and provides KOSC with a clear record of your previous participation in our camps.
  • This is particularly beneficial if your child decides to become a Counselor-in-Training (CIT) in the future. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter!
