SIX POINT RANCH: Potter Valley, CA
- Six Point Ranch is located in Potter Valley, CA in Mendocino County, just North of Ukiah.
- The 4,100 acre landmark property combines multi-faceted recreational and agricultural resources just along the eastern flank of the Coastal Mountains.
- The use of this property has been donated to KOSC by the very generous, Joe Bullock.

BIRD HAVEN: Butte City, CA
- Bird Haven is actually three consolidated ranches straddling Road 67 west of Butte Creek, totaling 2,470 acres: 640 acres on the north side of the road, where the Bondersons restored much of a former rice farm to managed wetland to become the core of Bird Haven.
- Bird Haven Ranch is located in Butte City, CA in Glenn County. It is a premiere waterfowl engagement site located in the Pacific Flyway, just outside of Chico, CA.
