If your child is attending ADVANCED CAMP, the drop off time is Sunday at 1PM and pick up time is Thursday at 1PM. An awards ceremony will follow.
An awards ceremony will be held on pick up day. Please do not show up before your drop off time on Sunday as we use that time for camp set up.
We also have Canteen available at camp each day. The kids will be able to purchase a piece of candy after lunch and dinner. We recommend sending them with $25 for canteen for the week. Money should be deposited into your campers UltraCamp Account, we do not accept cash. The money will be returned to your UltraCamp Account the Monday after their camp has concluded. Please leave all electronic devices behind. If a camper is found to have an electronic device during their stay, it will be confiscated. We want the kids to interact with each other while at camp and we will not make exceptions to this rule. There is no cell phone service at camp so we will have a landline available in case of emergencies. If you need to reach your child you will be able to call the landline, and if we need to reach you for some reason regarding your child we will call from that landline as well. But we do advise parents not to call unless there is something important. Frequent calls actually make it harder for any child who is homesick. And one thing to remember is if you don’t hear from your child, that means they are having a great time at camp!
